Our homes in Crystal River can be rented anytime throughout the year. Two of our homes sit directly on canals which lead to Kings Bay. Feel free to bring your boat as we have accommodations for you. The homes are completely furnished. All you need to bring is a toothbrush and a change of clothes. Everything else is provided.
A signed rental contract and rental deposit must be received before your rental period can be locked in.
MasterCard and Visa now accepted.
Minimum stay of three (3) nights is required.

A rental deposit is required to reserve each home. Once you arrive the rental deposit will become your security deposit. If there are any additional costs incurred during your stay it will be deducted from the security deposit. These costs, if any, are stated in the contract.
2.Full payment for stays of 1 week or less are generally due 1 month prior to arrival. For stays greater than 1 week full payment may be required up to 2 months in advance. Exact dates will be stated in the rental contract.
3.Any cancellation must be in writing and is subject to the following cancellation charges:
1 to 2 months prior to arrival datefull deposit (exact date stated in rental contract)
Less than 1 month prior to arrival date100% total rental fee
(deposit will be refunded)
A 10% processing fee is applied to all credit card cancellations.
4.If the home becomes unavailable we will refund all monies paid or attempt to find other accommodations for you at equal or greater value.
5.If final payment is not received by the due date stated in the contract we reserve the right to consider the booking canceled and above cancellation charges apply.
If a NAMED hurricane is predicted to arrive in the Crystal River area within 24 hours of your arrival your deposit will be refunded and you may reschedule your vacation for a future date. The rental fee will NOT be refunded.
