Waters Edge

Waters Edge is a two bedroom, two bathroom home with a screened patio. The master bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom with shower. The guest bedroom contains two twin beds. We have both a queen and a twin sleeper in the living room. All in all the home will sleep 7. There is also a full kitchen and we have all necessary appliances and bedding.  Pet(s) allowed with owner permission.

A six person hot tub and canoe is now available for your use.

Pricing is as follows:

April thru October

$135    per night....$200 deposit, 3 night minimum, $80 cleaning fee

$810    per week....$200 deposit, $80 cleaning fee

$2800  per month..$500 deposit, $100 cleaning fee

   November thru March

$145    per night....$200 deposit, 3 night minimum, $80 cleaning fee

$870    per week....$200 deposit, $80 cleaning fee

$3000  per month..$500 deposit, $100 cleaning fee

9% tourist/sales tax is required.
